The Breathing Class requires intentional breathing and determination. The beauty is that the instructions and steps are simple and straightforward. In this class you will be sitting or lying down, but it requires pushing yourself as you would at the gym. You will be taught how to isolate and activate the inhalation and exhalation muscles to create proper breathing depth and control. The only preparation for this class is to come with a positive growth mindset, and the practice done at home afterword will create automatic muscle memory of your lung control and capacity.
